Spent nine years placing enterprise budgets before deciding smaller accounts were the interesting ones.
Eleven people — Mexico City & Austin Founded 2019
Quazrr was started by two people who had spent a decade inside agencies where nobody could answer the only question that mattered: did this work.
So the studio was built around a ledger instead of a service list. Eleven people, nineteen brands, four new clients a year. No account managers between you and the person spending your money, and no growth target that requires us to take work we do not believe in.
The rule
If we cannot measure it, we will not sell it to you.
11
People. Everyone bills, nobody coordinates.
7yr
In business. Profitable since month five.
3.4yr
Average client tenure across the portfolio.
0
Outside investors, and no plans for any.
Four of the eleven. You will speak to at least three of them in your first month, and to the same three in your thirtieth.

Cuts thirty assets a month and can tell you which hook is winning without opening a dashboard.
Data & lifecycle
Owns the ledger. Reconciles every number to the bank account before it reaches your inbox.
Four commitments that have not changed since 2019. They are the reason some engagements never start.
Never a percentage of spend. Our incentive is your margin, not your budget.
Every channel reconciled to one model, one report, one number you can take to your board.
We take on four new brands a year so the founders keep doing the work themselves.
No unmeasurable channels, no brand work without a number attached, no client whose product we would not buy.
Forty minutes with the two people who would actually run your account.
